Items purchased at blosmon can be returned within 30 days of receiving without reason, subject to our return guidelines listed below.
I. Return
1. 30-Day Period of Return Without Reason
You have a 30-day period to return an item from the date that you receive it, for whatever reasons.
Please ensure that the items returned are intact as its original state, never being used, and should be returned in original packaging together with all parts, packaging list, certificate, instructions, invoice and all gifts, if any.
2. How to return
Please email to service@blosmon.com to request a return, stating your order No. You will get a reply within 24 hours generally. And you are requested to send the package via qualified carrier to designated warehouse.
3. Situations Not Eligible to Return
A. You request a return beyond the 30-day period of return. Please pay attention to the return deadline to avoid any possible loss.
B. Product has been used and then no longer needed.
II. Refund
Customer service will process a refund upon the receipt of returns.
Customer will receive the money 1 day or 1-2 days after confirming the refund. Please check your account then.

III. Replacement
If the item you receive is defective or damaged during the shipment and needs a replacement, please contact us within 7 days of receiving. The customer service will work with you to decide a replacement or refund.
Please note that replacement is not eligible if only outer package is damaged but not the contents. For more information about refund and replacement, please contact us via service@blosmon.com.
IV. Cancellation of order
Blosmon generally sends out your orders within 48 hours. To cancel an order, please contact hanobe as soon as possible to cancel your order and get a refund immediately. But if your order has been shipped, we will refund your payment when you send back the order.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
